Thank you for bringing up the fact that 30,000 to 40,000 students in Ontario could potentially enroll in French-language education.
Promoting this fact is the legitimate, fair, just and respectful thing to do. Parents do need to know their options in order to make informed choices.
The Heritage Canada investment of $1 million over four years is money well spent to support the cultural minority whose first language or language of choice is French.
I am deeply offended by the tendentious and divisive editorial.
