A newly opened medical marijuana dispensary on Somerset Street West has closed.
The Greater Ottawa Health Advocacy Centre shut down on its own accord during a police investigation into the shop’s legality.
There has been question as to whether the shop was licensed to sell medical marijuana.
Owner Ryan Levis told the media that the shop did sell to customers not medically certified, but later said it would sell to certified clients only.
