A fire at a Centretown apartment was quickly extinguished by Ottawa firefighters on Sunday afternoon.
The fire started at 330 Metcalfe St. and was put out before it spread to other units, according to the Ottawa Citizen.
The apartment building was evacuated as firefighters took care of the fire in the single unit.
According to the Ottawa Citizen, neither the cause of the fire nor the resulting damage is known.
