Algonquin students frustrated as strike persists

As the strike at Ontario colleges shows no signs of letting up, teachers and union officials continue to picket the roadways into Algonquin College. A key issue is that Ontario colleges are relying increasingly on part-timers as a cost-saving strategy. The Ontario Public Service Employees Union wants a 50-50 split between part-time and full-time teachers.
