In photos: Downtown Ottawa’s Lost Theatres

The downtown used to have a lot of elegant movie theatres, but since the decline of the cinema age, most of them have been destroyed or repurposed. The ghost of Ottawa’s lost theatres can still be seen, and a photographic tour through Centretown reveals the shadow of their former glory.
