Dress for Success, Vincent seek donated workplace attire for women

Dress for Success is partnering again with Vincent, a women’s clothing boutique in Little Italy, to launch their annual clothing drive.

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that aims empower women of modest means to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and developmental tools to help women flourish in the workplace.

Each year, the boutique and the NGO pair up to gather donated, workplace-quality clothing from local residents. However, it’s not all giving and no receiving; Vincent is offering a special discount to those who make donations to re-stock their closets with the latest styles.

The two-day event happens on Oct. 29 and 30 at Vincent’s main location at 444 Preston St. Monetary donations will also be accepted online at Dress for Success Ottawa.
