Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met in London with U.K.’s PM Boris Johnson and Dutch PM Mark Rutte to discuss the possibility of creating a humanitarian coalition of nations that would provide support to Ukraine. As CBC News reports, the heads of government also discussed further military aid.
