Have you noticed that when the snow melts every spring, road markings seem to disappear? Well, you’re not imagining it.
Municipalities across Canada are pointing to a federal environmental regulation that requires road paint to contain lower volatile organic compounds. But there’s a lot more to it than just lowering those levels. Reporter Grace Martin breaks it down for us.
