OTTAWA — At 72-years-old, Bliss Tracy is attending classes at Carleton and St. Paul Universities in Ottawa to complete an honours degree in religion. Instead of contract work or eclectic hobbies, Tracy chose to use his retirement to complete the undergraduate degree he started more than 35 years ago.
