Tara Sprickerhoff

Tara is currently completing her fourth and final year of the Bachelor of Journalism program at Carleton University. Graduating in June 2015, Tara hopes to pursue a career  where she is able to enable individuals to tell their stories. She is passionate about people and finds that sometimes the most unexpected stories come from the most unassuming individuals.

Jordan Todd

Jordan is a fourth year undergraduate student majoring in journalism with a minor in history at Carleton University. He enjoys writing about a wide variety of topics, but especially sports, politics and the environment.

Sarah Trick

Sarah Trick

Sarah Trick is a Master of Journalism student at Carleton University. She enjoys books, pasta, complaining about lack of appropriate wheelchair access, and Parliament Hill. Her work has appeared on The Toast, Globalnews.ca, and elsewhere.

Shannon Lough

Shannon Lough

Shannon spent most of the past ten years enriching her awareness of the world through travel. She writes on immigration, culture and social policy and is in her final year of the Masters of Journalism program at Carleton University. She has worked at the Orangeville Banner and CTV Canada AM.

Allison McNeely

Allison McNeely

Allison is a second-year Master of Journalism student at Carleton University. Her byline has appeared in the Vancouver Courier, Avenue Magazine and CTVNews.ca, and she has produced radio for the CBC.

Sarah Turnbull

Sarah Turnbull

Sarah is in her last year of the Master of Journalism program at Carleton University. She previously completed her undergraduate degree at Queen’s University with a BAH in Political Science and Gender Studies. She is passionate about health-related issues and the compelling power of personal narratives.

Ali Rodriguez

He is a freelance writer and multimedia journalist based in Ottawa, Canada. He will graduate in June 2015 with a Bachelors Honours of Journalism with a minor in communications from Carleton University. Having lived in different countries, he has developed an eye to see and develop stories regardless of the setting.
