We are down to our final three shows of Midweek this semester.

With Simona Milutinovic and David Cummings hosting, Midweek was a lively and engaging show this week as always!

The production team got right to work in the morning, which was made easy by show producer Haven Caster, who had the lineup prepped the night before.

Almost all of the same-day reporters had interviews organized for 9:00 a.m which gave everyone ample time to start and finish their stories well before noon.

As the clock inched closer to airtime our fantastic reporters didn’t lose their pace at all and the entire lineup was finished with 15 minutes to spare.

The live show featured an interview with Palestinian CBC journalist Nahlah Ayed who is a Carleton Journalism program graduate and former Midweek reporter!

Other stories this week included an interview with climate experts, Ken Love, after a recent report found Canada will no longer be projected to meet its 2030 target. As well as, a pottery exhibition that took place in the Glebe Community Centre last weekend.

Overall, another successful broadcast thanks to our dedicated team.

See you next week!
