A new poll shows that taxes seem to be at the top of the list of regional residents’ concerns.
In the poll, about 25 per cent of respondents chose taxes as their main concern, followed by health care and education, both at 14 per cent. Eleven per cent picked amalgamation as the top issue.
Concern about roads and public transit outpolled crime and safety and jobs.
