Steven Frenette, the man accused of killing 32-year-old Lee John Joseph Germain at a home in Centretown on Dec. 10, appeared in court on Dec. 17 after surrendering to police a day earlier.
Frenette, 33, had been at large for nearly a week after police issued a warrant seeking his arrest on a charge of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Germain at 571 McLeod St.
Frenette remains in custody and was expected to appear in court again in January.
