Gamblers flock to city’s only off-track betting site
It isn’t your typical day at the races. For a group of habitual gamblers, the preferred location to pursue their hobby (or addiction) is not Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, or even Rideau Carleton Raceway, but Vinny’s Lounge in the basement of the Prescott Hotel on Preston Street.
