The Centretown Community Health Centre is hiring a youth mental health counsellor in an effort to address the wellness needs of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered youth.

It isn’t your typical day at the races. For a group of habitual gamblers, the preferred location to pursue their hobby (or addiction) is not Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, or even Rideau Carleton Raceway, but Vinny’s Lounge in the basement of the Prescott Hotel on Preston Street.

Green Party members will soon cast their votes for the provincial leadership candidate they feel can best rid the party of what supporters vexedly refer to as “the tinge of fringe.”
