Hartman's grocery store could see the return of its piano after the Centretown community rallied for its return.
According to media reports, Hartman's manager Robert St-Amour told Somerset Ward Coun. Diane Holmes that he would try and find another spot in the store that could accommodate the piano.
The Hartman's piano used to sit near the entrance beside the produce section for members of the community to play at their leisure, but had been removed and replaced with an extended produce and flower section, much to the dismay of many in the community.
St-Amour met with Holmes, members of the Facebook group Bring Back the Hartman's Piano and the Centretown Citizens Community Association last Tuesday to try and resolve the issue.
