Some of Canada’s political leaders joined some of Ottawa’s furriest citizens today for the official grand opening of new Ottawa Humane Society.

Ottawa centre citizens remain frustrated at the lack of progress towards the relocation of the Gilmour Street parole office.

As of June 26, new adjustments are being put in affect on Laurier Avenue, between Bronson Avenue and Elgin Street, to accomodate preparation work on the new segregated bike lane.

From July 4 to July 13, Laurier Avenue from King Edward Avenue to Nelson Street will be closed.
