Police are looking for a 50-year-old white male in connection with a robbery at a Preston Street Scotiabank branch Tuesday afternoon.
A lone male entered the bank at 425 Preston St. at approximately 4 p.m. and demanded cash. He then fled with an undisclosed amount of money, Ottawa Police said in a press release.
The man is approximately five-foot seven with a small build. He has a red moustache, a goatee and long brownish- coloured wavy hair.
At the time of the robbery, the man was wearing sunglasses, and a black Hockey Canada baseball cap, a black winter jacket and blue jeans. He may have had a prescription eyeglass case in his outside pocket, police said.
