The Ottawa police arson unit is investigating an early morning fire on Booth Street.
A 911 caller reported “acrid smelling white smoke” at an empty two-storey residential building, said the Ottawa Fire Services.
There were no occupants and fire crews had the fire under control by 4:13 a.m.
