Doors that are normally shut tight were opened for the public during last weekend's Doors Open Ottawa. Despite the rainy weather, a number of people visited the many historical and architecturally fascinating buildings across the city. Centretown, in particular, had a number of buildings open their doors. Centretown went to visit the Library of Parliament Sparks Street branch (the former Bank of Nova Scotia building), the C.D. Howe Building, and the Blackburn Building to take a peek inside and learn more about their rich history.
