Peer group homes needed

I live at this residence; I am grateful for social housing but I strongly believe most of the homeless, drug addicts and prostitutes would be better off first to be socialized (or helped) in a type of group home of their peers.
Yes, then the ones who at least try to clean up will be welcome in independent buildings like Mac-Laren. As it is now, they are scaring seniors, damaging property or conducting drug/sex deals.
