Ottawa is still not on target to end homelessness in the next 10 years, says The Alliance to End Homelessness in its annual report card.
Somerset Street, westbound between Bayview Road/Bayswater Avenue and Preston Street, will be closed Nov. 30 for road construction.
Westbound access to local businesses will be maintained between Preston Street and the O-Train Bridge.
