If you’re planning on crossing the city along the O-Train route this weekend, you may need to modify your travel plans a bit.
The O-Train will not be running from Feb. 28 to March 1 as work is completed to introduce increased service next week.
Currently, there are two trains which service stops every 15 minutes, but starting Monday morning, there will be four trains running every 10 to 12 minutes, according to the OC Transpo website.
As a replacement for the regular O-Train, the bus route 107 will operate between Bayview and South Keys stations, with only a few stops in between. For many, it will be essentially the same route as the O-Train.
OC Transpo advises that other bus routes may be more efficient than the 107 and encourages concerned customers to visit oc.transpo.com or call 613-741-4390.
