Commuters can expect some traffic congestion after a water main broke causing the temporary closure of all but one lane on Carling Avenue eastbound, from Lebreton to Cambridge streets, the City of Ottawa announced on Wednesday.
The lanes will remain closed while city workers try to repair the broken water main.
