The Civil Liberties Association sponsors a forum entitled “Reckless Speech or Libel Chill?”at the Ottawa Public Library on Laurier & Metcalfe at 7:30 p.m. Panellists include Frank magazine publisher Michael Bate, Carleton University professors Klaus Pohle and Randal Marlin.
