Zombie walk participants helped raise $1,000 and 950 pounds of food for the Ottawa Food Bank.Hordes of brain-hungry philanthropists were able to stumble through Centretown for Sunday's Ottawa Zombie Walk after an anonymous donation of $5,500 brought the event back from the dead.
