Complicating the Debate

Hollis Peirce is someone who lives with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy. He also happens to enjoy a pint of Guinness with friends from time to time. Peirce needs to use plastic straws to drink his beer. That has caused him some difficulty in recent years because of the movement to eliminate single-use plastics in Canada. Despite his need for plastic straws, Peirce is still doing his part to be sustainable in other areas of his life.
