Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson is seeking city residents who have contributed to improving their community.
“There are thousands of unsung heroes in Ottawa,” said Watson. “This award is for these men and women who put so much back into their community and neighbourhood.”
Nominations for the award should be sent to the mayor’s office by Oct. 29. Nominees should be Ottawa residents or have made a significant contribution to the city.
