Lisgar plans reunion
Ottawa’s oldest secondary school, Lisgar Collegiate Institute, will be celebrating its 160th reunion May 28-30, 2004. Former students, teachers, family and friends are cordially invited. Events will include a dinner/dance at the Ottawa Congress Centre, a golf tournament, an alumni assembly, school tours, decade rooms and coffee with former teachers.
Lisgar’s halls have been home to students such as Governor General Adrienne Clarkson, impressionist Rich Little, media personalities Peter Jennings and Shelagh Rogers and former Olympians Anne Heggtveit, Linda Thom and Donald Jackson.
