Travelling between Ottawa and Gatineau by bus just became a whole lot easier.
The City of Ottawa announced on Wednesday that interprovincial transit users no longer have to navigate between OC Transpo and STO websites in order to plan out their trips.
OC Transpo’s Travel Planner has been combined with the STO’s new Plani-Bus database. The hope is it will help riders find the best route to reach their destination while saving time and sparing confusion.
The merger is part of the collaborative approach the two transit authorities have taken in trying to make public transit more relevant to residents.
