A 58-year-old woman was taken to hospital after being hit by a car on Bronson Avenue Thursday night.
Ottawa police Const. Marc Soucy said the woman was crossing against the instructions of the crossing lights near Gloucester Street so she did not have the right of way.
He said Ottawa police are investigating.
