Charges withdrawn in war museum graffiti case

A Crown prosecutor has dropped a charge of mischief against two men who were accused of vandalism at the Canadian War Museum last summer.

Joel Lendore, 22, and Simon Los, 23, were originally charged after an incident when a swastika and an offensive message were spray painted on a Royal Canadian Air Force plane.

Lendore and Los, according to the Ottawa Citizen, want an apology from the police for charging them.
