Ribfest opened with a bang Wednesday night as competitive eater Peter Czerwinski, known on YouTube as 'Furious Pete', set the new world record for the most pulled pork consumed in six minutes. Czerwinski chowed down on a whopping 7.5 pounds of pulled pork outside the Parliament Pub on Sparks Street before his time was up.
