Ottawa Police have charged a man with sexual assault on Oct. 6 following a string of incidents in the Rideau Street area.
Yonel Balthazar, 29, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of assault.
Four female victims reported being inappropriately touched and harassed in the past two weeks, according to a statement by the police.
An ongoing investigation has been launched by the Ottawa Police, said the statement.
Balthazar is scheduled to appear in court at a bail hearing today.
