Slater Street has been reopened after being closed for about two hours this morning due to a fuel spill.
The street was first closed and then reduced to one lane between Bank and Kent streets after a multi-vehicle collision resulted in a gasoline spill.
The Ottawa Fire Department was on site to assess injuries and contain the fuel spill.
Paramedics arrived on site to take over patient care, but soon cleared the scene and reported no injuries.
City of Ottawa crews were called in to help clean up the spill, according to the Ottawa Fire Twitter account.
Ottawa Traffic tweeted that the area had been cleared and reopened just before noon on Wednesday.
