Stuart Fraser is a retired educator who spends a lot of his time bringing tech-literacy to Ottawa seniors.
Through his volunteer work at Connected Canadians– a non-profit organization that provides older adults with technology skills for free– Fraser helps his students navigate today’s virtual world, connecting them with their loved ones online during a time of social distancing.
