The Quebec City-Windsor corridor is home to close to half of Canada’s population, and has been discussed as a possible location for a high speed rail line.

An updated train service could soon be coming to at least part of the corridor, but questions still remain about whether it will be high speed or high frequency.

Jackson Starr examines some of these questions and the continuing push for high speed rail in Canada.
