Construction around Christ Church Cathedral approved

The city’s heritage advisory committee Thursday approved plans for new developments around the Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Ottawa.

The developments include a 21-storey condominium tower, 12-storey office building and a row of town houses.

The proposal will now be reviewed by city council’s planning committee, and then submitted to the full council for final approval at its May 11 meeting.
