Kelly Patrick is to be commended for her excellent front-page and editorial coverage in your Sept. 26 issue on the Ottawa public school board’s accommodation report released in late September. Given the importance of this report to downtown schools, I would like to elaborate on a few of the points raised in the article.
We wanted to take a moment to thank your reporter, Connie Smart, for the report she did at the Lookout Bar cast party on March 13 for the cancellation of the NAC event.
Smart and the rest of the crew were very professional in the way they reported on the event and even helped us to gather our thoughts about what was going on during a difficult time.
