Lyon Street is closed at Florence Street and Gladstone Avenue is closed between Bay and Kent streets due to a fire at 504 Gladstone Ave.
The fire is under control, according to the Ottawa Fire Twitter account.
Firefighters searched the building and all occupants are out, according to the account. There have been no reports of injuries.
Ottawa’s Salvation Army and Red Cross have been dispatched to help the victims of the fire.
The building at 504 Gladstone Ave. had multiple units, with several businesses on the first floor.
